How Booking Works
- Purchase the appropriate tier for your appointment type and document count
- You'll be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your preferred date, time, and location
- Bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and your unsigned documents (do not sign in advance — documents must be signed in the notary's presence)
Fee Disclosure (required by Georgia law)
The price shown covers the appointment/travel/administrative fee. Georgia law caps the notarial act fee itself at $2.00 per signature notarized (O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11) — this is collected separately, in person, at the standard statutory rate.
Please Note
Remote online notarization (RON) is not currently offered, as Georgia does not yet have a permanent RON law. All notarizations are performed in person.
