The fees above cover the appointment, travel and administrative service. Georgia law caps the notarial act fee itself at $2.00 per signature (O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11), which is collected separately in person at the statutory rate.
How booking works
- Book a time online, or call or email with your preferred date and location.
- We confirm your appointment type, document count and fee before the visit.
- Bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and your unsigned documents. Documents must be signed in the notary's presence.
Please note
- All notarizations are performed in person. Remote online notarization is not currently offered.
- A notary cannot give legal advice or draft legal documents. For document preparation, please consult an attorney.
- Appointments outside the standard service area may carry an additional travel fee, confirmed with you before booking.
