How do I access my digital download after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Corporate Bundles with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account and visiting your order history. Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
What file formats are the templates in?
Our templates are available in formats including PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) depending on the product. The specific file format is listed in each product description before you purchase.
Can I use the templates for my clients or my business?
Yes — our templates are licensed for professional use. You may use them for your own business or on behalf of clients. Reselling or redistributing the raw template files is not permitted under our license terms.
I did not receive my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, log into your account to access your order and download the file directly from your order history. You can also contact us at info@corporatebundles.com with your order number and we will resend your access within 24 hours.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final once access has been granted or files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@corporatebundles.com and we will make it right.
Do you sell physical products as well?
Yes! In addition to digital downloads, we carry a curated selection of lifestyle and home products. Physical orders are shipped separately and are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Are the courses and training materials self-paced?
Yes, all of our courses and training materials are self-paced digital downloads. You can work through them at your own schedule, revisit sections as many times as you like, and apply the learning directly to your work or studies.
